My man just came in my office and told me he had some great news. He said it's not official but that rumor is that C. King has qualified. He said that he has raised his GPA enough to qualify with his previous test score ( SAT or ACT). Certainly hope it's true because they won't redshirt him this year. He's THAT good.

Also, that AJ Green has re-taken the test (ACT or SAT) and raised his score on the test from his prior score.

Also, that T. King (who has NO problems academically) has been calling other recruits trying to get them to come with him to UGA next year.

I'm looking forward to this year but REALLY can't wait until '08.

Greater Atlanta Christian running back Caleb King has cleared all
his academic hurdles and is expected to be enrolled at Georgia in
the fall, according to an email sent to the Atlanta Journal-
Constitution.

The email reported that GAC coach Jimmy Chupp just received King's
qualifying SAT score and that King is set to graduate from GAC
tonight.

\"He FINALLY made it!!!,\" stated the email written by Claire Chupp,
the wife of GAC coach Jimmy Chupp. \"So he is officially in UGA
today, and graduates from high school tonight. Just thought y'all
would like to know.\"

The email was sent to people who had come in contact with and
coached King at Parkview. King went to Parkview before attending
GAC. One of those coaches, Robert Hill, then forwarded the email to
the AJC.

King is considered one of the top prospects of Georgia's 2008 class.

A little more info on C. King:

by Mike FarrellCaleb King Scouting Report
\"King is an ankle-breaker with his tremendous start-stop and cutting ability. He’s physical enough to make a living between the tackles, but his speed allows him to bounce things outside and be effective on sweeps. He could also be utilized in the passing game with his ability to get up field quickly. King has excellent vision and doesn’t try to bounce everything outside when the more effective route is in traffic. King hits the line of scrimmage very quickly and makes sharp, precise cuts with his quick feet. He needs to be more patient at times and set up his blocks and King can sometimes outrun his blockers. King is versatile enough to be used in many ways as a tailback or slot receiver and his speed can create many mismatches in coverage. He isn’t the biggest back, but he has the frame to carry 200 pounds and will get stronger. He’s an every-down back for sure at the next level despite limited size.\" — 6/19/2006 Mike Farrell serves as the lead football recruiting analyst and scout for Rivals.com. \"I am a Reggie Bush type player. I am just a playmaker. I can run for touchdowns, catch touchdown passes, or return kicks. I can score in a lot of different ways. Anytime I touch the ball I think I can score.\" — Norcross (Ga.) GAC running back Caleb King

not quite as humble as Mr. Walker though :)

Atleast he's not referring to himself in the third person:)
