Any word on how Brantley and Demps' recovery is going? Are they both expected to play against the DAWGS?
Any of our Florida residents her anything about the rumbling of their team and what is going on in Gainseville.
What is the word about Muschamp down there?
Just curious, try to begin to get a feel for what the game is going to look like on the 29th.
I know it's two weeks away, but I would love to talk some football, and about beating some gaytor.

With the performance that I've seen, I'm having a very hard time convincing myself the Dawgs will beat the Gators next w/e. Even with UF being in a "down year", we all know this game brings a whole more emotion than most.
If improvements are made to the OL, SpecT, and play calling, I think there's a chance for a win. But if the Dawgs show up like they did against Vandy, it's going to be a long ride back to Athens.

I found this on the Gainesville Sun on-line:

Florida senior quarterback John Brantley is off crutches and out of his protective boot, but won't practice this week, coach Will Muschamp said.
Brantley suffered a high right ankle sprain late in the first half against Alabama and has missed the past two games, losses to LSU and Auburn.
True freshman Jacoby Brissett and Jeff Driskel will split the reps at practice this week. The Gators are on a bye week and play No. 24 Georgia on Oct. 29 in Jacksonville.
Also expected back for the Georgia game are defensive end Ronald Powell (reported as a neck injury), running back Jeff Demps (ankle) and kicker Caleb Sturgis (leg), said Muschamp, who spoke at the Jacksonville Quarterback Club on Monday.
END OF STORY
I read a quote stating Muschamp is "hopeful" to have Brantley back for the WLOCP-i'm sure he is! I noticed something about UF being the most penalized team in the SEC, hopefully that trend will continue on 10/29. For me, it's really hard to get a true reading on how good/bad the Gators are this year. I mean, Bama & LSU will make ANY team look pathetic & against Auburn, they played w/o so many players. All I know is no matter what, WE MUST BEAT FLORIDA!!!
We'll see what wlayton can find out about Brantley's status. Speaking of injuries, anybody know how hurt is DeAngelo Tyson? Are we expected to be at full strength by 10/29 (including Alec Ogletree)?
