we may not have to look far if and when changes are made:

CTG is new head coach. The team will reflect his toughness. The LB coach at Bama can come over to be new DC. CTG can then turn the offense over to some young innovative guy.

CTG as HC/DC can do both.....hire a new OC and SPECIAL TEAMS coach....after all when CMR came to UGA he was HC/OC was he not....
