My hope for the 2007-08 season....

My goal is always the SEC championship. We all know that whoever wins the SEC title is the best team in America year in and year out. I do not need the validation of a bunch of chubby journalists and broadcasters.

I also think the '08 season is going to be our year, but hey, I'll take '07 too if we can get it.

Two in a row would heal the pain of this year's NC winner and all the obnoxiousness we've had to put up with.

I just want to beat UF, UT and Auburn in the same season. We haven't done that since what? 1983 I think? It was '82 or '83......that would make me happy.

And dang it I am joining the Jacksonville Bulldawg club this year and hope to meet some of you local fellas.

The last time we did it was I believe in 1982. We went undefeated until the national championship game against Penn State that year. In '83 the Auburn loss was the only thing that kept us from a fourth straight SEC title. For all his genius, CVD was nearly incompetent against Auburn.
