I figured only this group would understand. I live in SW Florida and my twin daughters, who graduated HS this year, were considering Florida for college. As you might could imagine, that did not sit well with me. Fortunately, they are now enrolled at USF. Sure, it's not Georgia...but it aint Florida and I'll take it as a plan B school. Now, some of you might ask how I did it. After all, it's tough sometimes to sway kids from making the wrong choices. I could have easily pointed out the difference in quality of education, the beauty of the campus or the trump card of living amongst southerners as opposed to transplanted New Yorkers. All that would have worked, but I think it was my insistence that attractive young women do not look good in mullets that finally worked. If I can't beat them with logic, I'll appeal to their vanity.
Anyway, crisis averted. Now, back to the run up to football.
