Since that 2009 earnings season didn't they do just that, put more money back into the football program?

New indoor practice facility, workout/training facility upgrades, new office complex etc etc?

What does he want them to do, start buying players? ( )

Let's hope we start winning or revenues are a moot point.

Buying players is illegal and problematic. Renting them is the new thing. Or some type of lease.
