Good Morning from Athens,

A Sea of words and an Ocean of Ideas

What I have taken away from this week’s blogs and burps. I agree with most.

We need a new OC

We need a new HC – current one can’t win NC or compete in the SEC

We need to recruit better players that do not have off the field issues

We have not kept pace with the rest of the elite college football programs

Some of these issues are at least 5 years old.

Should CMR decided to remove CMB as OC it will be done after the end of the season same as WM.

I don’t see a new AD firing a 10-year coach at the end of this season without being told to by MA or a strong push from the alumni. This may come to pass if we completely tank the rest of this season.

So….. Ollie…. This is a fine mess you gotten me into!

Winning cures everything?

Maybe not in our case but it would be an excellent step in the right direction.

Next three games with two at home will tell what if anything we have left in the tank.

I have a three-year-old female English Springer Spaniel named “Georgia” who watches the games with the misses and me. Each time the Dawgs score a touchdown we both yell “Touchdown Georgia” which sets the dog off running around the house barking and waiting for a treat. “Georgia” has not had much to bark about the pass three weeks. NO treats for FG’s. She has told me if thing don’t improve this week she wants to change her name to SOB as she been hearing that a lot lately.

Hilarious, yankee. Sadly, it's unfit to print what my dawg thinks his name is.

Too good yankeedawg1, look forward to your thread every Friday. Think I have said that before. Have a great weekend and hope that MB/MR do not disappoint "Georgia", she needs her exercise, as do we . . . . Good stuff.

Many thanks to all for the kind words, After "Georgia" and I take our walk in the back 40 to harass the wild life I plan to give her a treat just to prime the pump for a win.

I am ready to go hoarse and pay out five pounds of dog treats for sure!

My dog is named Georgia also.
