My first post and thoughts....

This is my first post here on dawgs..I've been reading on this forum for awhile now and decided that you guys seem to be all about football talk..A little about me I did not attend UGA (couldnt afford it) But am a HUGE dawgs fan. I go to all the games I can..The last game I went to was Shreveport and has been by far my favorit game to date..(Meet a lot of the players and coach's)

Everyone is worried about the dawgs DC with us not having one yet. Personally I'm not worried one bit. They show'd us this year they have the talent to compete, We just need a good DC to call the plays. We have a VERY young team and as long as our QB can come in and get the job done we should be a stonge contender this year for the SEC east. With Kiffin leaving TN and heard talk on a Gainsville radio station lastnight that Urban is having an affair with a 23 year old stundent...So I honestly think we got a shot at the Dome if we can get around SC and FL..and maybe Auburn.

Stanger...welcome aboard. Completely agree with your assessment regarding the DC. CMR knows what needs to be done and we will get there. I personally like the pond he is fishing in! Seems we are hearing the same things about CUM....This could get interesting!!!

Welome... I also am a newbee to this board today.. I have been reading it for a year and it is the real deal. Aside from having gas pains about getting a new DC this is the place for us Dawgs to share ideas and dreams. We are 1 & 0 without a DC and Russ is doing a fine job at 2 & 0 so the sun will shine again on the Red & Black.

I may get blast'd for this. But I thought the coach's did a good job with the defense against A&M..Why not let Rodney Gardner take over the DC? Save the money as we might need it next year for a OC hiring lol.

I've also heard that David Pollack could be a contender for a D-line coach has anyone heard anything about that..I think Pollack and Gardner together could be a pretty strong team. And not just coach but also recruiting.

Welcome yankeedawg1 and stanger. Hope that this board turns out to be as good to you as it is to the rest of us. Football, especially UGA football is certainly #1 on this site.

Welcome stanger, IMO as Ive said before, CMR cant take a chance or a gamble again on A DC, he must get it right this time with a proven DC or D coach with out a doubt, RG is a good recruiter but cant take a chance now. UGA must get things right this yr and take advantage of whats going on around our conf. Go Dawgs!!!
