I don't understand it.

Ok. It seems to me and correct me if I'm wrong, that everyone loves to pat themselves on the back when they beat us even though we aren't very good this season.

Our loss in Stillwater was a landmark moment in Ok St. football history.

LSU squeezing by us here at home was seen by the media as LSU's statement game.

Finally UT smoking us in their house is considered to be a recruiting victory and a sign that the program is moving in the right direction.

I don't understand all the hoopla for beating us when we have a pedestrian offense and arguably one of the worst defenses in the country.

It's interesting treatment. We're the stepping stone for a lot of schools, but when WE beat somebody, we were SUPPOSED to beat them. We're shaping up for a 6-6, 7-5 year, the same type of year Alabama had when they lost to UL-Monroe. Did UL-Monroe get hyped as the next Boise State, even for a week? No. But Boise State's loss to us in 2005 \"brought the program back down to earth.\" Silly.

I just think that the media hates teams from Georgia. They definitely hate both the Dawgs and the gNats, they LOATHE the Braves, and the only time they ever talked about the Falcons was to talk about Michael Vick. Even Matt Ryan only garnered half a season's worth of attention.

I Agree Dapolla, The media does hate anything from GA. and oh yeah by the way not that it mattered
but The whole Tenn. team was jumping up an down in the field sat and the ref didnt throw a flag
for there celebration. I was like you must be adding insult to injury SEC thanks alot.
