How to fix the 2 things we need to fix

What is the solution to our MAJOR PROBLEM which are TURNOVERS and PENALITIES ? Is this a COACHING PROBLEM or a PLAYER PROBLEM ? We will be crushed by UF and lost alot more games if we dont get a grip on this. If we didnt give Arkansas 3 turnovers and the 21 points that go with it , we crush them even with the penalites. Do we recruit players that are prone to turnover and penalities or is it a lack of coaching. Withour talent, this might be more acceptable , but with the talent level we have it is not. Do the players simply not want it enough or maybe running some extra windsprints after practice in order ? thoughts....... & GO DAWGS !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
