A lot of factors determine whether a program boasts a destination job. Recent success, tradition, stability, facilities, athletic department management and handling of past coaches all play a role. In the final analysis, only 12 jobs made the cut.

I got 11 of the 12 also. I had Nebraska instead of Miss-again.

i got 11 but i wrote 13 by mistake. i put Neb too

10 of 12. I missed Penn State and Florida State, putting Hawai'i and Ole Miss in their places.

Wow! I got all of them. I have to say I agree with the list as well, guess thats why i picked them.
