We're in good shape...for now.

Well, the Dawgs are back in the top 10 at #10 in both polls today.

Of the teams ahead of us, 2 are SEC and a bunch are Big 12 teams (Mizzou, Texas, Oklahoma, Texas Tech) that will sustain losses at the hands of each other and get knocked off.

BYU is irrelevant because even if they finish undefeated their strength of schedule will keep them out of the title game. They are this year's Hawaii.

That leaves Penn State and USC as the only potential problems that we can't do anything about if we win out and so do they.

So, I'd say we can get into the title game with 1 loss. However, a 2 loss team won't play for the title again this year, so everything has to be perfect from here on out.

The only thing I care about is the Tennessee game.

I'm with ya averagedawg, one game at a time. UT is next on our plate. We need to get our rhythm back. Phat Phil is not the only one with something this Saturday. Hopefully, the mean machine (wearing RED and BLACK) is back!!

averagedawg, looks like UT is pulling out all of the stops for the UGA game. QB change looks to be certain. With the limited amount of experience that Stephens has, really hoping that we see more heat coming from our front four. UT offensive line is probably the strongest part of their team. Hoping that we see a few more corner and linebacker blitzes than in the previous games. UGA wins and that all but sends Phat Phil packing. The State of Tennessee is totally up in arms against him, maybe worse now than it has ever been. Hate to see folks lose their jobs, but I would draw a lot of satisfaction knowing that our Dawgs were the straw that broke the camels back. Go Dawgs!

Buc, he's definitely hanging by a thread.
Half the fan base want to lose this game to get rid of him.
We have to focus. We can't stand a first half performance like we had against Alabama.

Since Stephens is inexperienced I say we throw everything including the kitchen sink at him.

I just don't think our front 4 is capable of generating much of a pass rush this season.
