Prayer request

Well guys. This could be one of THE best years in Georgia football. I can not wait for it to start. I how ever will not be able to make my pilgrimage to the first game this year. I'm moving into military housing. It also seems like I will not be able to attend any of the hallowed games this year. I'm deploying to Iraq. Trying to get my family settled into the new home, trying to sale our home, get myself prepared to go, and prepare my family for my departure. I would like to ask for you prayers. Not just for me, but for all of us.

I'll be taking my Georgia \"G\" flag with me. If they come to the dessert to show us fans in the military during a game. Look for my flag. Anyone on this site with the ear of a player or a coach. Please tell them we support them 100%, and to give it their all. They don't just represent those in the state of Georgia. They represent all of us. Make us proud.

flyindawg.....when did you get these orders!??! Man, I really hate to hear this news, I know you will be fine, as well as your family but selfishly, this isn't news we want to hear. When will you be going? How long will you be gone? You and your family will DEFINITELY be on my prayer list, 1st thing every morning.

Will you have access to a computer over there so we all can stay in touch with you? I still owe you a \"cool one\" in Athens!! Man, I hate this. Let us know the details going forward.

Wlayton, I got the orders last Thursday. I will be leaving for training Nov. ish. Looks like I'll be gone for close to a year. I'll be maning a C-Ram station. At least that's what the orders say. lol. That can always change. As far as the computer goes. I would assume I would be able to gain access. You know what they say about \"assume\" though. Makes an @SS of U and ME. I will have to take a coke though. I don't drink anymore. I'm trying to live by the \"Book\" Thank you for the offer though. Tell you what though. You make it a big glass a sweet tea and you got yourself a deal.

Although saddened to hear you must leave your family at the same time my elation and pride for your courage and dedication prevails. flyindawg, having served during the first Gulf War, I know what you're going through. Keep your head up. Your time over there will be over before you know it. And when you get back, we'll all meet up in Athens and this former Marine is going to buy you as many \"cool ones\" (or sweet teas) as your Navy ass can handle!!!
