Dawg Park

Does anyone have any information on how to get a slip at the Dawg Park. ( I believe that is what it's called ) My dad has agreed to let me use his fith wheel for a game this year. I just need a place to put it. I heard that the Park is nice, busses from the sight to the stadium and all the power/sewer needs of a 5th whell. Anyone know anything about it.
