Prayers for Eve Carson

Eve Carson from Athens, Ga. was found murdered in Chapel Hill, N.C. early Wednesday morning. Eve was one of the brightest and the best, student body president at UNC. My daughter called us to tell us the bad news. The entire campus is in shock. It seems to be a random act. Her car is missing. There are no leads at this time.
People, what is this world coming to? My prayers are with her family. May she rest in peace.
This makes football seem small right now.

Just unbelievable! It's SO unbelievable that there just aren't any words to say.

averagedawg, know that your daughter goes to school there. I don't know your daughter, but can imagine what she is going through, and you. So sad.

The second scumbag who killed this fine young woman was found guilty today of first degree murder.
Robbed her of $700, put five rounds in her, left her out in the street to die.
May they rot in hell.

Almost 4 years back. averagedawg, the punishment should be 5 rounds to the scumbag and the shooting should take place in the street for all to see. I volunteer for the weapon part. Won't charge the the system one dime, have lots of 9mm shells that would do the job. Some would call that Texas justice. I call it an eye for an eye. Guessing the final punishment has not been handed down.
