Greetings to all,

As usual, my hiatus between the season's end and signing day has been frought with so many interruptions that I've not had much of an opportunity to post or lurk. Great to see that the board has thrived with lively discussions.

Not that I need remind anyone, but tomorrow will benchmark another date that CMR and crew applies yet another layer of foundation brickwork and mortar. This is dynasty building the likes that we've never seen. While we will likely not be next seasons media darling, I suspect that it won't be long before the pundents and prognosticators happily leap upon our bandwagon! I only hope that our grueling schedule doesn't subject the 2008 team to many of the pitfalls that often plague teams from the SEC...

I'm going to try to allocate time tomorrow to watch the LOI's, work permitting. This is another talent loaded class, with impact players who may see action very soon. Kudos to CMR for another great job....

FWIW: I've decided not to recognize the NY Giants as Superbowl Champs!!! Using the \"logic\" applied by the BCS, the NCAA and head cheerleader Les Miles, which we all know are superior and without complicity, the NY Giants didn't win their conference, were not undefeated in regulation or otherwise and therefore had no business playing in the SuperBowl!!!!

GO DAWGS!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Okay, now THAT made me laugh out loud and go into my 125,000th fit of uncontrollable coughing this morning. (Gotta get rid of this cold!) Welcome back, NC Dawg! Glad to know the Tarheel State still represents the funny!

Man, when I read the reports of those who have committed and the strength of this class, I raise a glass to CMR and pray to all that's good and holy in this world that we pay the man whatever it takes to keep him at Georgia forever. Go DAWGS!
