...with the 2007 Georgia player of the year committing to the University of Georgia, Athens.

Washaun Ealey, out of Emmanuel County Institute, racked up a state record 58 rushing touchdowns in his junior season and rushed for nearly 2,900 yards. At 5'11\", 205 he's built a little like Thomas Brown but with speed like Knowshon. With the depth we're going to have between KnoMo, Caleb King, and other prospects like Richard Samuel and Ealey...Geez, you wanna run the wishbone?

On the jealousy tip, both SCarolina and UF offered him scholarships.

Also out of ECI is LB or SS Dexter Moody, also a top prospect. With John Lilly, ace recruiter, coming in, will any high school prospect be able to turn down a trip to the Classic City? We already stole Na'Derris Ward from USC, now let's steal their entire recruiting class. GOOOO DAWGS!!!

dapolla, this young man (Ealey) can now buckle down and get the grades needed to have a wonderful experience. As if Ealey was not enough, Moody coming to play between the hedges also. Coach at ECI calling him a freak of nature. I love defense, and the thoughts of a 6' 2\" \"Freak of Nature\" that will be a safety or linebacker being in the fold . . . . WOW, just WOW!

Fewer commitments might mean no sitting on the fence as some have done the last couple of years. Welcome to UGA fellows. . . .

OH YEAH dapolla! 2009 is looking good already & 2008 has barely begun!

Also, UGA just got a commitment from a 6' 3\" 207 lbs. 4.53 40yd dash 3.0GPA LB out of Chestatee High in Gainesville, GA named Chase Vasser! Likewise, look up a LB from Tucker, GA named Jonathan Davis. He ran a freakish 4.37 40yd. dash, and it sounds like he'll be receiving an offer from UGA in the upcoming weeks. Yet another monster LB to keep an eye on is 6'0\" 230lb. Kevin Minter out of Peachtree Ridge HS in Suwanee, GA; widely considered to be one of the top players in the state. Keeping all of the top talent in the state at home, in Athens, is oh so crucial. CMR & the staff do such a great job of recruiting, boy are us Dawg Fans blessed! Man, I just wish the DAWGS could get some LB's don't you?

Anyways, yall check out this video of Washaun Ealey just RUNNING WILD in the Class A 1st Round Playoff Game.

We all suffered through the '90s with Goff. It's our time to take it all the way. Go Dawgs!
