My wife's a RN, CCM, who investigates Medicare fraud, which is a big industry in Louisiana. Business and government there is so corrupt, they have no point of reference for fairness. I can't wait until we put this to rest down in their Godforsaken mosquitoe pit in 2008. I think this guy's been eating too much snake.

My guess is that he's some school aged nerd trying to impress his geek buddies by explaining to them during chess club how he's \"standing up to all the big, bad, UGA fans in their own house\".
