Pay for Performance. Pay him $550 an hour base pay, add 1000 an hour during games and $500,000 every time he wins a game.

Now back to a serious discussion. I do not know the excat answer. It depends on who we get into serious discussion with.

I am willing to pay top dollar, in other words, what a top OC is being paid now days plus 10% to get the best.

For winning the Natty give every Dawg a bone AND prime rib steak.

With tight wad McGarity still there, I believe CMR will be forced to promote from within (double an assistant's salary etc) to save the program money.

Just reporting that your comment coming true would mean there is direct manipulation of the program affecting the outcome and total disrespect of players and fans.
