Believe that Walthour is going to be a solid defensive lineman that not only plays the run, actually hurries the quarterback. Some of that has been missing I believe on/in our 3 man fronts. Also believe that Tramel Walthour will see a lot of playing time on Saturdays in 2019. Going to line up with #99 and they are going to change the way our defensive front "acts and reacts". Think he is on campus now . . . . don't quote me on that.
Been a while since I posted here...Life happens, seasons move on, and the next thing you know it's been a long time. Anyway, I'm back. Just found out JF is transferring so I immediatly looked at video of Rhys Plumlee. First impression: great accuracy but weak arm and VERY good at scrambling and running. Could be a great QB with our OL protecting him.
But I'm now hoping that JF leaving will lead to other higher rated QB's looking our way.
Anyone heard anything on new QB's who may look to us?
Believe Kendall will commit on this visit to Athens. Parents joining him again. Coach Dell McGee has no territorial bounds when he is recruiting. Can't say enough good things about Coach McGee. Kendall Milton reminds me a lot of Todd Gurley, a very good thing with an offensive line like we have.
