...and speaking of silver britches, how 'bout we bring back the shiny, actual silver britches of old. The dull gray britches just doesn't have a nice ring to it, or look as good, IMO.

This may be blasphemous on my part, but I agree with you. I think the gray britches now have a dull look to them--a slow look. Would like to see either a modern silver shiny look, or (breath please) white with two thin red stripes.
