Hey Ive been to Dunkin Doughnuts so I know thats there! LOL I really think I like the idea of getting someone low on the totem pole with the Philly Eagles or somewhere like that with a real aggresive ‍style‍, I think thats what you have to have to play the schedule we play week in and week out! Just my 2 cents I know they dont matter!

Rebeldawg,

I agree totally. Living in the Tampa Bay area, I've seen what Monte Kiffin has done for Tampa Bay over the years and his defense is absolutely unbelievable. He's as gritty as they get and defines smash mouth defense. If Lane manages to snake him away from the Bucs, the SEC East just got a hell of a lot tougher in 2009. I believe that Monte may have the Pete Carrol effect: defensive recruits will want to come play for UT because of what Monte Kiffin has accomplished in the NFL and the ties he has to the NFL. I mean, he definitely will bring some star recruiting power with him. I don't know if Tampa Bay will let him get away, but if they do, wooooo, watch out.

One major benefit of Monte running a college defensive program is his rah rah spirit. Young guys being recruited are still young enough to remain caught up in the enthusiasm that Monte brings. Scary thought of MK going to Tennessee, disappointment as a Tampa Bay supporter. Side note . . . WM will see how a 2-deep is ran properly. Go Dawgs!
