Wow, noise was a huge factor? There's a real newsworthy tweet in SEC football; noise. That's why we lost the game apparently boys, because noise was too much of a factor. Apparently if we go outside of the hedges, noise will lose the game for us. I wonder if other teams have to play in noise too or if it's just Georgia?
No the point I really fou d interesting was that AM was tipping the snap. Read all of it....
Edit: We lost, because they were better tonight, and had a better game plan.

Of course there is a coaching problem. Mark Richt is soft. When the leader is soft the followers are soft. This game was similar to the 'Bama game from 2008. It was clear which team was well coached and which was not.
We can look back in five years and see UGA will have many more NFL players from these teams. The difference is capable coaching. Richt will never win.

Imo, domination to THAT degree......it wouldn't have mattered WHAT you called.
AM tried some short routes, 2 tipped with one intercepted. Clowney and Taylor were in his face all night.....Clowney was freakin hurdling our blockers to get to Murray.
Man among boys....play them 10 times, we lose 10 times.
Can't say I disagree mayor...just wish I would've seen more adjustments. I can live with being beat on the field...I can't live with being exposed on the field AND in the coaches box.
I hear you and agree with you MH but we were dominated so badly that I don't believe there WERE any answers. I really don't think any adjustment would have worked against that front four.....total dominance. Our OL is not any good......was worried about this before the season started (was starting to believe a little.....back to reality, my original thoughts have come to fruition)

Post game pearls of wisdom from Richt:

Wow, I was at my class reunion tonight. DVR'd the game, and made sure nobody texted or sent me a word about the game. Came home excited and watched this garbage!! Pathetic. Our performance tonight can be optimistically described as a steaming pile. We were whipped in every phase. Ridiculously unprepared (again). Shades of the bama game in 08, or the Tenn game in 07.
News flash for the Richt disciples--this team will never make it out of the 2nd tier with richt at the helm. Just stunned...again.

After calming down and sobering up I can honestly say I bought into the hyPe this year. Someone on this forum said give it 5 to 6 weeks to see what kind of character the offensive line has. They were right. Last night spurrier exposed our line exposed our defense exposed everything. We might should expect another beat down in Jacksonville this year. Unfortunate considering how much talent we have. Honestly question for all. After last night would you want this team to face bama?

After watching that mess last night I waited until I cooled off to post anything this morning and after reading the posts that are here this morning I think that after watching, listening to,pulling for and generally being the best football fan that I can be I could'nt believe what I saw. We brought a scrimmage squad to a football game and they QUIT, the DAWGS QUIT. Even the commentators on the game who don't usually give the DAWGS any love were feeling sorry for us of all things. That was the last straw for me with this coaching staff, they might as well of stayed home. Murray said he had nightmares about Clowney, looks like they all had the same nightmare,no blocking,no tackling, out of place on defense and missed tackles, generally the poorest example of football that I can ever remember watching. I have to say that single game set football at Georgia back several years and I don't know if it can recover this year,it is dire. I believe there are a lot of commits to UGA this morning that are seriously reconsidering the choice. It looked like the offense thought that SC was just going to roll over for them and they did'nt need to block for our really good running backs, well hello they really are human and need you to help em, and Murray looked scared to death. I'm sorry to have to say this ,but, I've lost faith in the team. It's been slowly rearing its ugly head thru the first 5 games and now it is exposed, we are not being well coached for this league. Sorry to go off folks, but,I've had enough. Mcgarity, the balls in your court.

I have been a tentative "supporter" of CMR as you all know but I gotta tell you, with as much talent as we have at UGA, how can you be dominated THAT BAD........ok, you can have an off night etc and get beat like 24-14, 24-17 but 35-7?????? and it could have been about 42-0 if SOS wanted to throw the ball a little more and keep the 1's in the game on D at the end.
Even having an off night, with the talent that was on that field, they should have been "in the game" anyway. BAMA can be "off" and not only find a way to stay in the game, they usually find a way to win it.
I can handle a good, close, loss but there's something bad wrong in Athens to be dominated to that degree with NFL talent throughout the team.
Inexcusable performance.....embarrassing to say the least.
