Anybody see the AJC article about his arrest for DUI, hit and run, and marijuana possession? Wow, and only a whole WEEK after getting hired by GT. I wonder how that job status is after this?

I'm about the same age as Joe and one summer a friend of mine that went to North Georgia Military College told me that they had ran into "Smokin Joe" somewhere in the Dahlonega area and had witnessed him and some other Tech players partaking in some leisurely/relaxing activities while still enrolled at Tech with eligibility remaining. My friend, sometimes known for his tall tales was probably on the money with this one.
