Ya'll know your stuff and I'm happy to share whatever thoughts cross my mind with all o... (112 more chars)
Unless your a true Dawg, You want understand this prediction. I know the whole world thinks Georgia has NO CHANCE in winning the game against the gators this Saturday in Jax. I've read all the meida, listened to ESPN and heard all the local tell why the DAWGS will fall this weekend. Nothing more than excusies for the locals to except that we have a good mediocre football team, but not contender for a championship, and everyone else is basing their prediction on the natural..... meaning ... OK, I attended UGA during the Zeier and Bobo years and I can tell you that the roles are reversed. Eric Zeier should take over the Offensive Coordinators position and Bobo should move to the booth, or below the booth, in the stands. He is NOT qualified to be the Offensive Coordinator at a school such as UGA. The one year at Jacksonville State did not prepare him for this league. It is time for Mark Richt to step up and lead the team, which is the responsibility of a head coach. We, as fans... (786 more chars)
a year round obsession with the Dawgs, parking Friday at 4:30 and saving spaces or getting up earlier than you do during the week just to get that tailgating spot, it's standing on "The Bus", Loud Music, Red Cars and Georgia Tags. It's seeing your best friends pull into the parking lot, catching up with all your Bulldog buddies and tailgating, tailgating, tailgating. It's Champagne after a win and just the right red and black clothes and shoes. It's leaving Tuesday for Jac... (2264 more chars)

My husband has been a travel nurse for the last year and a half and boy, have we missed GA. First we were in Cambridge, MD (the Delmarva peninsula) and all they knew about there was sailing, yachting, crabs and seafoods. But it was fun and we had to buy the Direct TV version or watch games on the computer. We left a GA Bulldog hot sauce bottle ata place in Camnridge called Snappers. They had a lot of other teams, inc FL, so I had to leave a GA bottle. Then we were sent to Salem, MA. They ... (515 more chars)

And here I am blogging after the constant stream of anti-blogger invective that's been coming out of my mouth since about the 2004 election, when it stopped being called "web-logging" and took on such a weird name. Okay. Well at any rate, I've never had a blog anywhere else, but this one isn't too bad. Keeps me from writing about meaningless personal crap and focuses on Georgia football, and to a lesser extent other Georgia athletics. And probably the 2008 election. So here we ... (173 more chars)

There are exclamation points ? most notably the return of a more seasoned Matthew Stafford ? and there are also question marks. The offensive line is inexperienced, the wide receivers are underachieving, and the defensive ends and most of the linebackers are just flat gone. One thing is for sure. It should be one heck of a year in Athens.
